Tom Bercu

Principal & Creative Director

Tom Bercu began his interest in architecture in grade school – sketching floor​plans and elevations in class notebooks! His senior year in high school, he​interned at an architecture firm for his last trimester of school laying the​foundation for a hobby that has catapulted into a passion.​​As the Creative Director of his own Events Company, Tom has spent the last 20 years designing and building temporary environments for his clients’ events. Tom then founded Tom Bercu Designs taking the creativity of designing temporary environments into permanent environments in the form of residential architecture and design. Tom has bought, remodeled, and sold homes in Los Angeles, Miami, and San Francisco – winning the Miami Beach “Better Beach Award”  for his remodel project there​​As a certified member of the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), Tom’s company fulfills supplier diversity initiative

Alison Littman

Principal & Designer

Alison combines her background in Industrial Design with her expertise in world-wide sourcing and innovative manufacturing to deliver a range of custom design, development and sourcing services to workspace, hospitality, retail, and residential projects. ​ ​Formerly, Alison headed up FF&E and Sourcing at WeWork, where she developed a sourcing strategy to support rapid growth world-wide. Prior to that, Alison was the Director of Interiors and Sourcing at Burch Creative Capital where she was responsible for the development of new stores as well as development of custom fixtures and furniture for the launch of new brands and hospitality projects.  ​ ​She began her career in 1992 in Merchandising, Store Design, and Furniture Development, for national retail and hotel chains.  She’s developed private label collections of furniture and accessories for retail, co-working and hospitality brands including One Kings Lane, Soho House, Target, Marriott brands, and WeWork/WeLive.

Andrew Wharton

Mr. Wharton has over 35 years of diversified operational, accounting, and finance experience in the real estate and hospitality industries providing clients owner’s representation, operations performance improvement, litigation support, expert testimony, and transactional services. Prior to joining REH, Mr. Wharton was Managing Director at KPMG  and prior to KPMG, Mr. Wharton was CFO of ResidenSea, Ltd, where he provided overall leadership in the areas of finance and operations of this developer and operator of a first of its kind, luxury "resort at sea," The World.​

David Levine

David Levine is the co-founder and president of Ring Smart Lighting, an Amazon company.  Ring Smart Lighting was formerly Wireless Environment, the leader in wireless lighting.  David learned product development and Chinese manufacturing as a senior product manager at Black & Decker. He also ran a sales territory for Dow Chemical.  He earned a BA in History from Washington University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Etienne Lartigau

Born in Buenos Aires, Etienne Lartigau had an early passion for technology and design. While attending Palermo University, majoring in Audio Visual Design, he started developing his portfolio, bringing worldwide technology to his local clients.  Etienne launched a freelance career as an Audiovisual Designer and Tech Consultant, collaborating with numerous resources in Argentina, Spain, Italy, France and U.S. With global experience under his belt, Etienne’s career path led him to the United States where settled in Los Angeles and established his company, Technorella.  ​His mission is to bring customized state-of-the-art integrated automation to his client base.

Irwin Drucker

Irwin  joined IBM in 1983, eventually becoming Director of Global Software Procurement. In late 1999, Irwin became IBM (and the world’s) first Director of LGBT Supplier Diversity.  ​Drucker launched a new venture, Diversitas, a boutique consulting practice dedicated to assisting businesses that are certified as diverse-owned and operated to maximize their growth potential. ​
